Chargrilled saté beef banh mi in Calgary

Bánh mì is the Vietnamese sandwich built on a crisp baguette. In this one the beef is seasoned with saté, a spicy chili and lemongrass seasoning, and chargrilled before it goes into the bread.

Banh mi is what VyThi’s owner chose to specialize in when she opened her own shop: chargrilled subs made with fresh ingredients, with no MSG or flavour enhancers added.
