Gà nướng sả means grilled lemongrass chicken. We chargrill it and serve it in a bánh mì, the Vietnamese sandwich built on a crisp baguette.

Banh mi is what VyThi’s owner chose to specialize in when she opened her own shop: chargrilled subs made with fresh ingredients, with no MSG or flavour enhancers added.
