Phở đặc biệt means “special pho”: the bowl that brings several beef cuts together. At VyThi Café it comes with four of them, thin slices of rare beef, beef balls, brisket and tripe, over rice noodles in beef broth.
It is part of our VT Premium Phở Noodle Soup section, next to saté, chicken, seafood and vegetarian pho. VyThi is a family-owned café, and we add no MSG or flavour enhancers to our food.
